Bid Whist Online

We finishing the beta version for bidwhistonline.  As part of this process we have physically relocated the game.  Because of the security elements in Java, you will need to download the new game. The first time this might take awhile but later downloads will be faster. You can continue to use your old login and password. You can then start either from step 3 on the home page or by using Java Start.

What has changed? We using different systems at a new location.  We have not changed the game's playing logic. What worked well before is still there.  What did not work well is unchanged.  Bidwhistonline is the new home.

What do I do with the two programs in Java Start?
If you are using JavaStart directly from your computer and have already
downloaded from the www.bidwhistonline.com, be sure check which version
that you started to continue playing.  You can recognize the old version from the EAB references. You may want to remove the old version. From JavaStart, highlight the version you want to delete, goto the Appplication menu option, then Remove Application.

Are you now charging? We will start charging sometime in soon.  Existing players will see that we have created a special account type called "grandfathered".  We will be offering a special discount for everyone with a grandfathered with a one time discounted price.  You will also notice that we have setup the system to accomodate a secondary account. A secondary account will allow for one paid account to have to different names with which they can login.  This second account
can help if:
    Husband and wife want one shared account
    You want to help out a friend who does not wish to pay or can not afford to pay
    We hear that some people have split personalities and want to accomodate both
Anything that happens to the master account (expiration, suspension, etc) will automatically apply to the secondary account
